Before requesting a return, please review our return policy to ensure your order meets all requirements. If everything is in order, please use the link below to submit your return request.

We recommend washing with similar colors in cold water on a gentle cycle, then air drying. Avoid using a dryer to prevent shrinkage.

If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out and use a low or medium setting, avoiding any prints or embroidery. For especially delicate fabrics, use a press cloth to protect against heat damage.

Please refer to the care label attached to each garment for detailed instructions.

If you wish to request a return, please do so within 14 days of your purchase.
All returned items will be inspected at our office. Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Unwashed
Unworn
Tags still attached
If your item meets these criteria, please fill out our contact form. Our team will get back to you within two business days.

All returns will be issued as store credit (see details below).

A full refund for items purchased online will only be provided in the following cases:

The item is found to be defective, fails to meet acceptable quality standards, or is deemed unsafe
The item differs from the description on our website or from information provided by TOKYOnightparade staff.

Unless an item is damaged or defective, we cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds for sale items.

We take great care in the production and design of our products to ensure your satisfaction. If you believe a TOKYOnightparade item is defective, does not meet acceptable quality standards, or is unsafe, please email the following information to support@tokyonightparades.com:

• Clear photos clearly showing the suspected defect
• Proof of purchase

We cannot accept blurry photos or proof of purchase that does not clearly show the date and place of purchase. Once we receive this information, we will determine whether the item is defective and respond to you as quickly as possible.

Please note that not all issues are considered defects. Problems resulting from normal wear or failure to follow care instructions may not be recognized as defects.

• A screenshot of the error
• The approximate time it occurred

We now accept the following forms of payment:

With Apple Pay, you can now make a purchase directly from the product page with just a single click and fingerprint authentication. All you need is to have Apple Pay set up on your smartphone.

If you purchase in a currency other than your local currency, your bank may charge an international transaction fee. Please note that TOKYOnightparade does not charge this fee, and we cannot provide a refund for it.

Please make sure to confirm the currency you’re purchasing in. The currency you’re using will always be displayed at checkout.

If you purchase in a currency other than your local currency, your bank may automatically convert the purchase amount into your local currency.

Please note that any refunds will be issued in the currency charged at checkout, which may differ from the currency charged to your bank account.
